What is refund policy of Shoemato.com?
Shoemato does not offer cash refunds. Instead, we provide exchanges for damaged or incorrect items or cashback (after deduction of applicable return charges) in your shoemato wallet which can be utilised for further purchases.
Upon approval of the return, the exchanged item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
